How do you edit the draft board to list "available for trade" and "looking for?"

And anytime I try to propose a trade, I can't find how to select my draft picks? I click the box but then it takes me back to my roster.

You have to pick your team on left and team to trade with on right before you click drop down box to

There is a trade block listed under Trades. You can edit the fields across from your team. You can also post in your league discussion.
