Watched the post-game presser for Mahomes, and feeling better.

https://www.chiefs.com/video/patrick...t-i-need-to-do

Watching Mahomes take post game questions, he made me believe he's okay. Which means this team is okay. We're spoiled. We expect damn near ungodly perfection because that's what Mahomes and company practically delivered last year.

The last two weeks, Mahomes has thrown for 594 yards, 4 TDs, and 1 (bullshit) INT. Against teams that have winning records. And honestly it's been a disappointment, which illustrates how crazy high the bar is for this team. Have we ever had a QB that can put up those numbers during our "down" games? The defense has struggled but I don't think it's any worse than last year, and I do think the scheme is more sound than what we had before. (And this comes from somebody who was not happy with the Spags hire.)

The thing that is hampering us is injuries, but the good news is they aren't season-ending injuries. If we get through this stretch and start getting guys back the Chiefs could very well be the best team in the AFC heading into the playoffs.

mahomes has completed less than 60% of his passes in each of the last three games. That should have you all worried, even the biggest homers around.

Quit blaming the refs for everything. If our D knew how to stop the run it wouldn’t of mattered we would’ve won. Also I found puzzling is after we scored to get to 24 we used a lot of short passes and screens on that drive then the following drive right after that we try a bombs over Baghdad to Robinson and kept running deep shit. Like wtf Reid

Do you think Patrick Mahomes is a bad QB?

If anyone is blaming the refs for “everything” they’re dumb. But the refs have blown a few calls. I agree, it’s more the Reid play calling than anything else. BUT the refs are calling some BS too

I don't think you are being realistic or facing facts.

Defense is MUCH worse not only because our run D is getting carved up like a fat turkey on Thanksgiving but we are getting NO PRESSURE on any QB.

NONE, ZERO, ZILCH, NADA!!!

And if you ask Texans fans, one of their players is held non stop. At the end of the day, it all evens out for the most part IMO.

Maybe Andy should make a scene, get a flag, then rip into the officiating after the game. Then maybe Clark could break his too-cool-for-school silence and backup what his coach said.

Drama the shit out of it. Drive the conversation.

What's the worst that could happen?

Defenses have been getting pressure with just three rushing. How bad our OL and DL is right now cannot be overstated. All we can do is hope squeak into the Playoffs with our team healthy. No Lambardies in OCT.

I’m tired of hearing how respected Clark is in league circles

If it’s true, then HE needs to be the one raising hell with headquarters

Absolutely. If Ward's fumble return for TD were allowed to stand, and they don't pick up the flag on Mahomes' INT play, we're at least 27-9, if not 31-9 in the early 2nd qtr, and that's a different kind of ball game.

The officials wrapped it up, and our shit defense put the bow on top for Houston.

It DOESN'T, though.

They threw flags on us, all day long. They actually picked up a flag and reversed a call when it benefited Houston, AND they took a score away from us.

They straight up kept Houston in that game. Period.

Travis Kelce still does not get calls because the refs view him as a POS that disrespected them.

How bout running the ball at the end of the half with only seconds left in the 2nd quarter.. instead of dropping back to pass with our shit pass blocking and letting them get a fumble to set up a easy TD.. game changer...
