What I remember from another forum
Chrome wants to make everything more secure. Mostly by killing access to Flash. Many want Flash killed anyway. Websites and hosts are expected to have a secure certificate very soon, or they may be inaccessible by Chrome. Especially if they have flash. You will be asked to accept flash for now-that capability may end if support for flash is discontinued soon. So you should type https instead of http to see if a secure site is available. I had to work with my network administrator to get my weather website secure. Feel free to add or correct any info I have here. I am a noob with that behind the scenes stuff on a network.
