Wouldn't hurt my feelings if Tranquilly called up his old buddy Ekeler and convinced him to come here on a short deal.

Eckler as an upgrade to Mckinnon for the right price wouldn't be bad. But hes still a name and may price himself out.

But we will see. It'd be great to have him here though!

Ekeler? Nah. He's cooked.
If you want a FA RB, Swift or Moss or JK Dobbins. |

IDK. With Pacheco being the only active roster guy coming back, and 4 PS guys in Perine, Ingram, Prince, and Hall coming back, You could get a vet like Ekeler in that room and still draft a guy (unless you think Prince can get on the active roster next year as RB3).
It wouldn't surprise me if we got a solid vet as our RB2.

Dobbins = No. Guy makes Eric Berry look like he's the epitome of availability.

I'd prefer a bigger guy that can punish those nickel and DB heavy defenses we face.

Personally, I want to be able to rely on RB2 if we have to get in that situation where we have to. Not pray to the football gods that he doesn't have a 3rd muscle tear in 3 years because his muscle fibers are like tissue paper. I have no problem taking a chance on players rebounding from injury, but not when over half their career so far has been on the IR and inactive list.

I want to sign one very good FA WR and a few value picks.
Guys like Noah Brown, Darius Slayton, and Duvernay could possibly go dirt cheap under 5. Just the first 2 guys could have been our #1 #2 and #3 at points last year.
