Do miracles happen?
Definition of a miracle: A miracle is an event that happens that has no local physical cause.

That seems to be a pretty reasonable definition for a miracle and I would argue that such things do happen. Virtual particles pop into existence and if they have a cause, it is non local.

If you accept that miracles happen, does that increase the likelihood that our reality is a creation?

I think I disagree with the definition by OP. I think most people would describe a miracle as some divine intervention causing something very unlikely to happen.

Most people might have a broader definition of miracle but it would certainly include the definition stated in the OP.

Here is something to think about. If we hypothesize the existence of a supernatural god who sometimes interferes with the happenings of this world then this world has to have a particular quality to it....namely it must be possible to observe an effect that has no local cause.
