He gets hurt a lot, but he's not as bad as Jordan Reed. I think he's lost a step from all of his ouchies he's sustained, but he's far from washed up. Watch him go back to being productive again in an offense that will do a much better job scheming him open, not to mention getting passes thrown to him by Mahomes and not scatterbrain Wentz.

Mahomes + Kelce + Ertz would be beautiful

Somebody clear this up for me. His contract after this year has 2 voided years. So would this be a 1 year rental? Bc at that price? Yikes

If he's cheap and doesn't cost us any picks? Sure. At some point we will have to address TE2 with a better option than Blake Bell, Yelder, RSJ, or Keizer.

Hard to know if he hit the wall or his underperformance was a result of the QB and other factors.
I’d be interested if they cut him, but trading for him wouldn’t be ideal. |

We might be better served seeing how the Patriots roster shakes out for their depth chart and possibly poach a TE from their practice squad. They drafted 2 TE’s just last year and now have signed 2 TE’s in free agency.

Yep. He looks like he has great potential to become a damn good player in the NFL.
