Ja Rule never claimed to be in a gang or hang around a well know Bloods set so stop with that comparison.

Look, I'm not going to argue with you about this piece of shit. Cops say he was and many others do. So, unless you are a Nine Trey Blood yourself from that set you are just going off hearsay just like me. Either way it doesn't really matter whether he was an associate or a member.

Bottom line he hung around them, constantly repped them, and helped them commit crimes. No one should say it is 'weak' that he got jumped when the gang he was either a member of or a close associate did the same thing. He got what was coming to him.

I'm kind of there. Saw Sevendust in concert when they first came on the scene and was hooked. Old Limp Bizkit is good but the longer they went on...the worse their shit got. I did like Korn and Linkin Park though.

Is Mudvayne considered nu-metal? I liked their stuff but it was mostly their older stuff.

I thought nu-metal was suppose to be a fusion of rap and rock. I dont think Mudvayne would fall into that category.

Nonpoint is a band I thought should have been bigger than they ended up.

Mudvayne definetly gets placed into that NuMetal scene. They're considered one of the more successful NuMetal bands. Google "Top NuMetal bands" and you won't find a list that doesn't include Mudvayne.

The one band i see frequently referenced as NuMetal that imo doesn't belong there would be System of a Down.

That's not NuMetal. They just happened to find success in the era of NuMetal.
