FWIW, there's now a page in your UserCP (called Helpful Answers) that is a list of your last 50 "thumbs." There's also a "top list" under quick links at the top.

Neither are particularly well-refined, but they're fun to play with.

Huh, interesting. Weird how it shows the total historical number of the post you got the thumb on.

Yeah, the whole thing is kind of a half-assed mod in the first place, so nothing's all that clean about the way it works.

I've been using ChiefsPlanet to practice some newfound SQL "skills" (using ChatGPT as a crutch), and I thought it might be fun to dig into the Helpful Answers votes. So here are a bunch of "Top (or bottom) 10 Lists" based on various criteria. All of these are filtered to only include people who have posted at least 100 times in the past year, and all figures only look at posts made in the past year.

Most active givers (total votes given):
Code:
htismaqe 23668
MarkDavis'Haircut	15245
DRM08 8172
Chris Meck 6739
Lzen 6469
Bowser 5659
Chief Ten Beers 4797
TEX 4738
Imon Yourside 4020
Spott 4003
Most active receivers (total votes received):
Code:
Hammock Parties	6645
DJ's left nut	5868
smithandrew051	5529
staylor26	5488
The Franchise	4837
Bearcat 4801
htismaqe	4774
Jewish TLO	4676
Rain Man	4534
TwistedChief	4241
Highest positivity ratio (% of votes that are positive):
This isn't SUPER interesting since a lot of these folks just haven't posted enough to be controversial, but I did restrict this to people who have received at least 100 votes, so it at least is an indication of people who generally don't suck.
Code:
TinyEvel 100.00%
Perineum Ripper 100.00%
PattyFlakes 100.00%
AustinChief 100.00%
Shiver Me Timbers	100.00%
Mosbonian 100.00%
Nightfyre 100.00%
IA_Chiefs_fan 100.00%
Peter Gibbons 99.72%
Bwana 99.63%

Lowest positivity ratio (% of votes that are positive):
Code:
straycash	8.58%
Quesadilla Joe	9.83%
GROB 10.39%
oaklandhater	17.48%
bsroyals54	25.00%
JustDiqLix	25.28%
dolphinsneu	40.29%
R8RFAN 43.00%
rfaulk34	43.19%
UChieffyBugger	48.28%
Highest "signal-to-noise" ratio (net votes per post):
Code:
Jewish TLO	2.11
LoneWolf	1.75
TwistedChief	1.60
FAX 1.48
TinyEvel	1.47
HayWire 1.40
kysirsoze	1.39
OnTheWarpath15	1.37
DaFace 1.33
Dartgod 1.31
Lowest "signal-to-noise" ratio (net votes per post):
There's a bit of a caveat here that you can't vote on posts in DC, so this is pretty much just a list of DCers who never post anything of value outside of that. Still, I think it's interesting to see...
Code:
Snopes Hammer	0.00
Over Yonder	0.00
NinerDoug	0.00
Taco John	0.01
True North	0.01
El Lobo Gordo	0.01
Just Passin' By	0.01
Pogue 0.01
Loneiguana	0.01
Pennywise	0.02
Anyway, this is just for fun, but I do think some of it's interesting...

I might have made this list, but I like to make jokes about soccer and there's one person who always gives me a thumbs down on those posts. It's worth it, though.

Why did the soccer player cross the road?
To fall down and pretend to be hurt on the other side.

Outside of Over Yonder, since he does post in football side of things, the rest along with BEP could be axed and the entire site be improved.

He seems to be under a lot of peoples skin here, but JPB isn't a bad guy at all

I respect the fact that he never engages in dirty slur slinging, and when people engage him that way, they go on his ignore and he sticks to it religiously

Yeah he used to talk plenty of shit, we used to go round and round and I'd constantly neg the hell out of him... but he now he refuses to get in the gutter

Don't get me wrong, he is NOT shy when he disagrees with someone... but he doesn't get really nasty with the usual "your mom/fat wife/pussy ass bitch!" etc kinda stuff

Here's 90% of his posts:

"You're wrong."

That's it. No explanation. When you ask him to explain, he does some variation of, "I'm not going to explain it to you because you're an idiot."

He may not be a bad guy, but he's a ****ing terrible poster. All the shit that Donger gets ragged for in terms of short incomplete responses, this guy does just as much.

Just Passin' By needs to Just Pass Away
