John Elway makes unprecedented move as GM, adding $3 million in team/player performance incentives to CB Chris Harris' $8.5 million salary this year. He's NEVER done this. Give him credit for recognizing Harris is a special player and this is special circumstance. #9sports

Hmmm. Gotta wonder if Harris was threatening a hold out? I don't think ElFraud makes this move out of the goodness of his heart. ( Mainly because I don't think there is any goodness in his heart).
