We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.

You don't pay starting QB money to a running back when you have a back who averaged 5.1 YPC already on the roster. When your had the #31 defense that was actually the most pathetic defense in the 100 year history of the NFL, except that somehow the Bengals managed to be worse.

Retire or release means nothing in this case. You're the one saying that he's "healthy and coming back", which implies that he might do something besides play like shit( when he plays )or sit on the bench day to day.

As to the Pats game, regardless of the coin toss, a defense that was worth more than a sluggish, Haglund gimp and a "please target me(!)"-secondary could have easily put the brakes on a fading Tom Brady and got Mahomes back on the field. Easily. Tom Brady didn't "come back" against KC. His ass was tired, beat, and ripe for the taking. And our shitty, shitty defense couldn't get a stop. Pathetic.

If LDT is back healthy and the Chiefs pick up a new Center or Guard, the interior will be more than enough to run an adequate ground game without paying out another head case who does dumb shit like sitting out for a season. There's no way in **** Reid wants that bullshit on this team.

You all are stuck on Berrys contract he barely played last year I doubt he will be an elite safety again but Berry at 70% is just as good as alot of safeties

He's a terrible fit for the blocking scheme. He's a terrible fit as a personality, he puts himself in front of the team. He literally doesn't produce at a level above the guy we already have on any per touch basis.

Keep moving those goal posts. It's obvious since Veach took over we are getting younger on defense and we have more than enough picks to address the defense. Besides I thought the defensive issues were Sutton?
