Clearing cache/cookies may help.

It was doing that to me on my laptop, but desktop has no issues.

Nope still there. It's something sneaking in a weird style on those td tags - twice. Notice the far right in the center, those are the offenders:



Probably some bug in a plugin or something. I doubt vbulletin has a bug that serious after all these years.

It's something in a post somewhere on the page where you're seeing it. Someone posted some code that screwed things up. I don't care enough to hunt it down, though.
