Chiefs/Pats AFCCG can be written in ... Oh my GOD ... I'd buy a Romo jersey the next day and I don't buy jerseys. |

I need you **** heads to stop following me around and telling me to stay on topic. I compared Tony Romo to Aaron Rodgers. Someone told me that was a dumb comparison because Romo has a poor track record in the playoffs in terms of record. I told you that was dumb to say and said Mr. Clutch Brady lost 3 in a row to choker Manning in the playoffs and that at some point this board needs to realize playoff wins and losses don't always come down to QB play. In fact, I said Romo is like a poor man's Rodgers in terms of how he plays QB and this board is obsessed with Rodgers.
How am I off topic? Talking about Tony Romo's playing style in a Tony Romo thread. Good call, dumb****. |

Brody Croyle thinks Romo is fragile.

same argument was made with Peyton and his neck 5 years ago or so ...
the Romo injury risk is real, but totally worth it hell, we all love Joe Montana and I think it's pretty safe to say, in today's 'can't hit the QB culture', Romo would benefit in a Reid style offense and probably take a lot less hits and have to do a whole lot less than he did for many years in Dallas |

I agree. He's not coming here and we've heard repeatedly out of Andy's and Dorsey's stupid mouths that Smith is the QB. He shouldn't be that that is their decision. Hard to get my head around how horribly stupid they are being concerning the QB position.

I put a bet years back on Manning to go to the Chiefs at 6:1 around this time ... when I put it in, Denver was 20:1
Denver wasn't even on the radar. Truth is, NO ONE knows where Romo is going - so to say there is a 0% chance is pretty ridiculous. Besides, if anyone knows Tony Romo better than most, it's Andy Reid. Seems like, to this point, when Reid wants a guy, he gets his guy (Maclin, Smith). So I'd bet, if Andy Reid wanted Tony Romo, he'd probably have as good as chance as anyone as signing (or trading) for him. Yes, even Elway and Denver. I guess we'll see. Hell, maybe Andy is really that stubborn with Smith and doesn't want anything to do with Romo. None of us know. |
