I'm honestly done responding to this thread because it has become clear that you aren't going to reverse your decision no matter how many people want you to. It's counterproductive to keep rehashing the same things here.

The terms were ridiculous if he was told not to even respond to attacks from other people. That is insane on this board.

But again, I like you personally and I don't want to continue arguing with you about this, because it really doesn't matter ultimately. If you and you alone feel that Hootie shouldn't be here, then it looks like that is enough.

It's not your fault that he made those posts. That said, you're acting like an NBA referee who keeps calling carrying on one player while never calling it on any other player in the league while pointing to the wording in the rule book that defines a carry and saying that it isn't your fault he carried the ball. Every player in the league carries the ball every time it's brought up court, but it's just that one player who keeps getting whistled.

What is your fault is your selective interpretation and enforcement of the rules.

That's a pretty good analogy and it's completely accurate but it doesn't account for probation. Let's make up another analogy involving popping on a piss test and a player being on probation.

You forgot to add that the league official who bans him hides behind the other league official who wrote the probation letter as if he had no choice in the matter.

On an unrelated note, I have never owned a message board. If I did, I don't know that I would be overly enthusiastic about a poster who has been on the site for nearly 12 years and over 20,000 posts without ever kicking in a nickel telling supporters to find a new board.

Seriously? Heh. I've sat here 2 days and taken the heat for this. Like I need to "hide" behind somebody. The only reason I invoke DaFace's name is so everybody understands that this isn't just mean 40 year old loser Phobia doing this. Moderator of the century, DaFace, the most reasonable and best moderator in the history of ChiefsPlanet according to Hootie was involved and defined the criteria of the probation originally.
