The Official Malware/Antivirus Thread - Need help or general advice? Read this first!

Need a little help. The OP is a little advanced for me.

Every time I click on a new page on CP, the bottom sliver of my screen that tells me everything's uploading is giving me this kinda business:



This is definitely a virus, right?

Which part of the OP should I look to?

Go ahead and run Hijackthis and post your log here please. Also, are you using Internet Explorer as your browser? What Operating System are you running?

Are you running an ad-blocker of some kind? Looks like it's some kind of ad trying to load that can't find the host.

Avast just blocked some malware while I was in the KU basketball thread. Said something about kelligory. WTF is that? This is the second time it has blocked something while on CP as of late. Can someone explain why this is happening?
