From CBS sports NFL Week 8 Power Rankings:

Chargers ranked 13th.

"They are among the biggest disappointments so far this season. Where is the explosive offense? The run defense is brutal at 5.7 yards per carry allowed."

Gotta figure Brandon Staley is gone after the season if the offense doesn't make a huge leap going forward.

You just can't have the QB position seemingly resolved and still have an offense as plain as the Chargers do.

A defensive minded coach just doesn't make a lot of sense.
