Just remember that any day that you don't have to use your AK is what you got to say is a good day.

Just personal opinion but avoid Chinese made if possible, they have pinned barrels that I am not a fan of.

Are you just wanting a 7.62 or are you not wanting to flip the $ for an AR?

Why would the Liberty strangler need an AK?
And there is a gun thread for this stuff. |

LOL at the headlock shit. Love the memory on CP for sure. I want an AK because I want an AK. I like the reliability over the AR, and accuracy isn't an issue as I'm not hunting deer at 200 yards with it.

Have you looked into the Mini-14? .223 caliber, same as an AR so when you do get an AR you don't have to buy different ammo. Also they are reliable as it gets, can sling the shittiest ammo through them and they go and go. Not the most accurate but then again the AK isn't either. They do make a Mini-14 in 7.62 as well

I have a couple of sks. It's the forerunner to the ak, uses the same ammo. The sks has some limitations that were addressed by the ak, but I haven't had any trouble with them at all. All of those guns were made to get wet and dirty and still function under severe duty.

All you need is a double-barreled shotgun. Shoot that thing up in the air...
