Yeah, I live in this neighborhood. Walk past the house multiple times a day with the dog. The shit I've heard is horrifying.

The girl that escaped had some type of metal color and gag on along with rope burns and just started screaming for help in the middle of the street until a couple of neighbors took her in. Told them she had friends that 'didnt make it'.

Guy was taking his kindergartner to school and that's the window she escaped in.

Apparently whatever they found after the search warrant was serious enough it's become a multi day investigation with pretty much all bureaus of crime investigation involved.
