Chiefs Players on Chiefs IR

Since we are now in the playoffs what happens with players on IR? Are they done for the entire season or just for the regular season? Anyone know what the Chiefs really think about John Lovett?

Yes they are done till next season

The IR was done when they brought back Xavier Williams. A team can only bring back 2 players from IR in a season.

We currently have 11 players on IR. Thornhill, assuming it's bad makes 12. Plus we brought back 2. That's 14 players on IR this year. And it's not like they're insignificant guys for the most part. Ogbah, Okafor, Williams, Rankin, all played significant snaps this year. Kemp and Lovett would likely have played a lot too. This team has overcome a lot to reach the 2 seed.
