These next 2 games LAC/Seattle

Seattle #6 scoring Defense at 20.5

LAC #7 scoring Defense at 20.8

And we just got by the #1 scoring defense at 18.5

Our schedule has really been brutal from week #1. If we keep #1 seed we've damned sure earned it. The two worst teams we faced , Oakland and Denver even gave us a tough out.

We will earn our way to the Super Bowl but i think we have True Grit on our side.

This team has shown perseverance .

First 3 out of four were away games including Foxburro

Above all we've had to ward off and overcome bad reffs almost every game this year.

I think this team is dialed in. The best part is Patrick. He just doesn’t quit or give up! Even down to the Ravens with time dwindling I never felt like we weren’t gonna win. It was just waiting for the magic to happen! We’ve got this! Win the next 2 and then play starters for a half against Chokeland and get ready for the SB run!

The team that scores more points, usually wins the game

The season has been fantastic so far. They've had two games which were pretty much playoff energy levels and Mahomes 100% improved from the Rams game to the Ravens. He had some jitters at the end of the Rams game, but was calmer and better against the Ravens in crunch time. Plus, other players are stepping up. In past years when a guy went down in the postseason with injury, the team imploded. This year has been next man up. It's nice to see.

Now, if they can cut the bad penalties and get special teams straightened out, they have a real good chance of making the Super Bowl.

Honestly I don’t think jitters were a problem in the Rams game. I mean he did calmly drive the Chiefs down the field and give KC a 51-47 lead with 2:50 left. Sometimes you just lose. He’ll have other games where he fails to complete the comeback. Sometimes you just get beat

That’s why I thought the “Goff is clutch, Mahomes choked” narrative was extremely, utterly, fully, wholly, uncompromisingly, STOOPID! After Week 14, Goff looks like a skinny California boi who can’t handle cold weather, while Mahomes looks like, well, Mahomes.

Long story short we can’t write narratives after 1 game

Ever since the Montana era, we have lost games like that Ravens game. Mahomes is the game changer. As long as Mahomes is in the game, there is no way will we ever blow 20+ point leads in the playoffs again. We are going to get the #1 seed and HFA.

Tonight we will find out how much the NFL likes Mahomes. Bad business for them having a Sunday night game that may be meaningless to KC. Safe play for business is to screw us over via a referee.

There's pretty much nothing on the line for the Seahawks anyway

This one may decide it. The unknown is if Pitt can beat NE. So if your the NFL and want the best fir the last two weeks, you would want us to lose and then NE to win.

Maybe...but I just read an article on why it wasn't flexed despite there most likely not being many stakes on the game. Apparently also there aren't any good games that CAN be flexed into the Sunday night spot. Apparently Ravens vs Chargers and Steelers vs Saints have protections that don't allow them to be flexed. What other games would be good enough for Sunday night? Plus they'll still get plenty of star power on the Sunday night game - Mahomes, Hill, Kelce, Berry, Wilson, Lockett. I don't think that the lack of flex means that we are automatically screwed by the refs...but we still might be screwed for other reasons (setting up an LA vs LA Super Bowl, for example). The Chiefs will just have to play well enough to overcome the potential slant, which CAN be done.
