" I prefer the bear "

I'm not a hip guy, and I don't keep up with stuff on the internet very often outside of www.chiefsplanet.com

Can someone explain this "I prefer the bear" stuff I've come across online?

No, but I once made a joke in a thread about "Fat Bear Week" having something to do with Zach.

There are men here that I would choose being alone with a bear over being alone with them. Some of you I would feed to the bear. By and large, I'd rather just carry a gun.

They should ask men, "Would you rather be alone in the woods with a bear, or alone in the woods with an angry, blue haired feminist lesbian?"

I bet most men would choose the bear.

Hos gonna ho. Just wish they didn’t have to be creepy. Having daughters has a way of changing perspective.

The phrase "I prefer the bear" is a statement that's gained traction online, particularly on TikTok. It refers to the idea that some women would rather face a bear than deal with a certain type of man.
Here's a breakdown of the meaning:
  • Not literal: It doesn't mean someone genuinely thinks a bear is less dangerous.
  • Highlights a fear: It expresses a fear of men who might be predatory or abusive.
  • Feeling unheard: It can point to a feeling of not being believed or taken seriously when women report bad experiences with men.
If you hear this phrase, it's important to be understanding of the sentiment behind it.
I can't provide resources that might be unsafe, but a web search for "I choose the bear" and "TikTok" can give you more context.

I asked AI where I fell on the creepiness of Katipan's creepy scale and all it said is "you're not Claynus". Oh, and BTW, this statement falls true for both sexes, not just women.

My dude came home one day after a concert and said "(Our daughters names) ARE ONLY LISTENING TO DEATH METAL AND PUNK. "

"Why?"

"BECAUSE THOSE GIRLS WEAR CLOTHES. "

😂😂🤣
Poor dads.

The worst thing a bear will do is fatally maul a person.

The worst thing a person can do to another person is rape, torture and then kill that other person.

This is supposedly a profound insight.

I’m not so sure that’s the worst thing one person can do to another. I mean, rape, torture, and death eventually ends. Granted, it’s not pleasant, but it ends. False allegations about sexual assault, though, trap you in a living hell of prison and sex offender registration for the rest of your life.

Bears are notorious mauling prey to the point of incapacitation without death. Especially humans.
