NFL Network's Jeffri Chadiha still sees 9-7 for Chiefs

Interesting segment here with Mr. Chadiha on the Elite Sports Podcast who talks about the Chiefs hot start and his skepticism of the team going forward.

I'm on the 16-0 right now, obviously joking to a degree but so far Mahomes is 3-0 as a starter, no need to doubt until he starts to lose.

They are at our house late in the season on a Thursday nighter. Thursday night travel games are tough on the away team.

I have a hard time believing that this team won't win 12 games if the offense keeps rolling like it is. I also think our D will start playing better as the season goes on

Let's think about this ... We've already won 2 on the road. If we hold serve at home, that's 10 and we haven't even won another road game which is Wally's specialty.

This is a curious, wild-ass guess by Chadiha.

The Raiders are ass. Complete ass.

We already beat the Chargers at our 1/2 home game and we'll get a full home game later.

Denver is solid. I said before the season I thought they'd win it. I don't think that now but they're good. I think we'll split.

I still see us at 10-6 at worst...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Prior to the season I'd have agreed and likely would have been pleased with that outcome.

But, things change. Anything worse off than 10-6 will likely lead to me being disappointed- especially if we're able to secure the win today and start off 3-0.

Looks like the NFL hype machine in still hanging on to their desperate attempt to make the Chargers interesting...

I have no idea what the Faiders think they're doing. Personally, I recommend Moe-cuts for all the players and everyone on the staff.

Donks? I have no idea about them at this point, but we have changed the dynamic there. Donks will be playing uphill against the Chiefs, IMO.

As for the Bolts ... that appears to be smoke and hype-mirrors. Most people seem to think Bosa is their Superman who will save their world. I'm not buying it.

I'm with you ... 10 wins if we can hold serve at home at this point. More if we can avoid that damn middle-season slump.

Opposing defense are going to get more tape on Mahomes and the defense is going to continue to suck shit through a straw.

Entirely possible.
