Rausch bringing the angry! I actually am concerned about this game, but not as much as I would be if the defense, special teams and Manning weren't playing so well.

I think Charles will bring a good test to the running game. Hali has done very well against Clady in the past. Hopefully Kuper can come back.

If you guys can grind things out, create pressure and create some turnovers, especially if our loss at RB puts the offense in a lot of third and long situations, you guys could win.

At the end of the day we're facing Quinn - someone our defense is very familiar with. Quinn is a giant mangina who happens to suck at football but really good at drinking myoplex. He's like the metorsexual version of Tebow. As long as Quinn is your starter, we will win.

At the end of the day it's our last stab at respectable.

Taking a feather out of Manning's hat is all we can do or hope for.

It will be close.

As usual this game will be a FG or less and we'll get our asses wasted next game.

I'm hoping the spread is 5 or more. I'd bet that in a heartbeat...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

How the Christ do you figure the chiefs have a "stab at respectable"? That passed a long time ago, perhaps when the chiefs set the modern record for offensive crapulence by not having a lead for eight or so games.

Not in our minds - in theirs.

If they can play with the best (in division) and beat them there's some respect gained.

Just the same as downing the Packers last year.

It's the only positive they have to play for...

Okay, now I'm getting genuinely ****ing angry. Winning that stupid ****ing game is the REASON we are in this current pile of shit.

May Denver piss-pound this ****ing franchise in to goddamned ground-round.
