I started in the same spot as Clay on Mahomes... January I was like nah, this kid is no way going first 3 rounds. Then just started watching everything on the kid and it went from there to having him mocked in the first to KC February forward. There were more than a few that kept the belief I had, and Clay isn't the only one. Can't really fault him for that thought process. Hell, there were plenty of media "experts" that didn't kept that thought process throughout.
