With 133 votes so far, the view that intelligent aliens do exist is by far the majority with 89.5% of the votes.

Breaking that down further, the idea that they do come here is narrowly defeating the view that they cannot come here. That they come here is leading slightly with 40.6% of the votes to 37.59% that say they cannot come here.

Yeah, it's entirely ridiculous and very poorly written. However, it is also incredibly entertaining.
