It may not be Geno Smith but I think it's a QB, it'll all shake out.

So what if they take Barkley? Then does everyone lose the bet?

Probably the worst signature bet proposal ever.

Why?
I am saying we are probably not going to draft a QB with the #1 overall...so start looking at 2nd/3rd rnd prospects [hence the thread]. Posters are coming in inferring that it's a stupid thought because Geno the #1 prospect and we are in need of a QB. I simply do not agree.... They are willing to argue that he is the BPA at #1 but no one is willing to agree to a simple signature bet for the offseason...?

Why would ANYONE do a signature bet before more workouts and the combine?
If you can find a sucker, by all means. |

After the combine and interviews, Bray WILL be in the mix for our top pick. And it's going to be a qb no matter what.

And for the record - I don't think they draft a QB at #1.
But, I would love to be wrong -- more so than ever. |

Honestly..
For me, way too early to tell. If I had to guess -- and this is going totally against what I would rather them do -- I would venture to guess they'd go the FA route this year and take a flier on a QB in the mid rounds. |
