Yeah, I'll probably be doing it until the day I die. I have a couple decks to go powerwash tomorrow, and I also have a nice foreclosure shithole I'll be working on for the next couple weeks. I'll have to get some pics of that one, I don't know how people live in these places.

And believe me, there's been times in the not-do-distant past where I would've welcomed that extra $70.

Yeah. Finances have been a little tight lately, but I'm getting caught up. $70 will help.

Well the 80s are to you what the 70s are to me, and there's a lot of stuff from the 70's I remember. Some of my favorite music is from that decade.
