No ... I refuse to believe that Clark had anything to do with this. It doesn't sound like him at all.

This sounds 100% like a Pioli dictum that was reversed when Clark discovered what was happening.

If he isnt paying close enough to attention to know that this was going to be done, before the fact... its just as bad as if he knew exactly what the plan was, in my opinion.

It is obvious he is way over his head.

How Passionette he was when talking about moving the team to Kansas speedway if the JO Co voters didn't cough up Millions. Now he says NOTHING- just a few glad hand lunches with some fans to "help understand what everyone is upset about"?? Then turns around and turns gaurds on the fans??

Lets hope htis was right that Clark wasnt aware of exactly what was going on.

I still find that hard to believe, but lets just hope he's right... because the alternative is nightmare terrible.
