Life Flying American Airlines out of KC?

So, I always fly Southwest because I'm a cheapskate. Finally found an AA flight that was actually cheaper for once. Heading to Chicago. Is here anything specific about KC or even O'Hare that I should know about as a significant difference from Southwest flights? Already got my assigned seat, so I'm not worried about boarding groups. And no checked bags, so no worries there, either.

Do they print out boarding passes at the kiosks like Southwest does or do I need to print it out beforehand? Sorry for the questions, but their site sucks ass and isn't working for me right now.

You can print at a kiosk.

Southwest is no longer the "cheap" airline. For AA, download their App, checkin on the app, and use the mobile boarding pass.

Prepare to have your AA flight delayed and you can print your boarding pass off either way but idk why you wouldn't just do it before if you can.

I just flew AA from KC to Chicago...typing this from O'Hare...and I normally fly Southwest. Just know it's $50 per bag. Also, evidently "the bachelor" was sitting next to me...Juan Pablo or something. People kept coming up and taking selfies with him. So there's that.

Yep...they have a good app...so does Delta.

But...O'hare sucks...thats the AA drawback.

You should care about boarding groups.

The last two flights that I've had with American, I've had to check my carry on while boarding the plane because their flight attendants pay no attention to how many bags and what size of shit that people stuff in their overhead bins.
