It is crazy to believe this, but I honestly think he is staying there to get his degree. I can't think of a reason he would stick around otherwise. I think it's a surprisingly mature decision.

He's confident in his ability to go back to Ohio State, start all of next season, get his degree, and enhance his draft stock to first round status. He's gambling on himself and setting himself up for a great life inside and outside of football. I admire people who bet on themselves and I think it was a smart decision.

And what if he doesn't get on a roster? Tyler Wilson from a couple of years ago comes to mind as a guy who had better pro prospects and never made a roster, even though he was drafted.
