Just got home and saw the replay of the Happ slide.

This shit is comically reeruned now. Before Happ was even getting into his slide Diaz was putting the ball in his back pocket but because Happ slid a few inches past the bag Rizzo is out at first. Common sense is right out the ****ing window with this rule.

Today's game is being broadcast on FS1, which has picked up the Fox Midwest feed and for some reason that I don't understand but won't question, hasn't been blocked out.

This the first time in the 30 years I've lived up here that I've been able to watch a Cubs/Cardinals game with Cardinals announcers. God it's wonderful.
