Ok Fat ****s.

I'm challenging all of you 'pop' (as you say in KC) lovers to throw away the habit forever.

I'm a former user and have been clean for over two years now. I will do one 12-24 ounce cola once every month or less, So I wouldn't say I'm ENTIRELY clean - but pretty well behaved. Most of you pop heads drink tons of it, daily.

Well we have some darned good news tonight because tonight 10-08-14 if you commit we will end this habit or decrease it. I see no issue with rewarding yourself every now and again w/ a coke classic or whichever your poison. Provided you're seriously quitting. If it's something you can't handle and have to quit forever and NEVER reward yourself with a coke classic or whichever your poison, then certainly don't risk it. And only you know your type and restraining ability.

I'd like to challenge anyone who has thought about this but never been pushed. It's just not that hard to quit. So.....


Anyone down?

Done. Quit 5 or so years ago. Beer and water only for me.

Gradual 210 to 170 with soda being the only thing removed from my diet. That says a lot.

Oh, and now soda is disgusting to me.

Unfortunately, it took cancer for me to significantly cut the amount of soda I drink.

I'm probably consuming 90% less than I was 3 months ago.

No part of me thinks aspartame is safe but I think it's a better choice than loading my body with 4-5 sugar loaded drinks a day.

I drink Diet Dr Pepper (the best tasting diet pop) usually 3 days a week.

I'll have a Mexican coke 3 days a week as well.

Occasionally, I'll have a rootbeer (maybe 1 every other week).
