The "100s OF FLAVORZ!1" soda machines at fast food restaurants suck venomous cock

Yeah, grape-flavored Dr. Pepper is hard to come by in most grocery stores (if they sell it at all) but what's the point of having all these flavors of soda if every single last one of them tastes like chilled Malaysian urine?

It all comes out of the same shitty nozzle. You can totally taste other shit in there if you just get water from the machine. Fountain pop isn't supposed to taste like half-flat made-from-concentrate water sludge.

Is this some sort of cost-saving measure on Coca Cola's part? By loading up a regular soda fountain with over 100 different flavors of goat rectum juice, does it somehow save the fast food place money? It would seem to me that if you buy larger syrup canisters (if that's how that stuff even works) in only 5-10 different varieties, it would be much cheaper. If I'm right, then that leaves zero good reason for fast food places to use these machines.

If this trend doesn't slow down, I may have to commit acts of terrorism on these machines. I don't want to, but these restaurants leave me no choice.

That was back when that had the good Coke Slush machines, mine got constantly refilled with that until they got those new slush machines. More flavors but not as good. Thanks for the good memories!

Maybe less.

Why are otherwise educated adults dumping this poison into their bodies on a regular basis?

Are you all smoking Pall Mall's, too?
Yeah, and I learned on CP to never consume sugar ever again.

That's not happening.

Soda is my only vice, and even then it's only about one can per day; sometimes it's the small fountain drink cups if I go to a fast food place. I have a couple beers or a glass of wine once or twice per month MAYBE. I've never used tobacco, and I stopped smoking marijuana in college. I also exercise two-three times per week. That's not special or impressive, but it IS consistent and it's the minimum of what each adult should be getting.

I'm doing pretty damn well for myself.

Not from the big new fountain machines, I'll bet

Nah, they don't have those at QT. I'd have to make a special trip to Schlotzky's for that.
