Kareem Hunt was two totally different guys last year. The first guy racked up a bunch of big plays because of scheme/trickery. The second guy was a solid, CJ Anderson-like RB.

Total TD's: 6
Total TD's per game: 1.2

Yards: 718
Yards per carry: 4.1

CJ Anderson career average
Yards per carry: 4.4
Yards per game: 52.6 (Denver was a RBBC team for most of his time in Denver)

He 'tricked' them into allowing him to break those tackles. Oh . . . . and Tyreek Hill is still a 'gadget' player.

As far as the stats thing with Kareem Hunt, this has been discussed and posted in this very thread (read back a ways if you really want to find it).

When Kareem got opportunities (i.e. carries), he was successful. Hunt started the season strong and he finished the season strong. The dip in the middle part of the season coincided with his carries being dramatically reduced. Maybe that was on purpose by Andy as they thought he might wear down over the course of his first NFL season and wanted to keep him fresh down the stretch? I don't know. But the evidence (stats) would suggest that when he's given 17+ carries a game, he is very effective (thus the NFL's leading rusher last year).

I'm not trying to say he's Walter Payton or something, but his numbers would suggest he's already among the Top 5 RB's in the league and anyone who tries to make a valid comparison between him and CJ Anderson is either delusional, trolling or just a complete ****ing idiot.

I'll leave it to those here to decide just which one you (KnowMo) are . . . . . .

That boy has excuses for everything. I've never seen anyone quite like him. It's pretty entertaining though. He always makes me laugh with his ridiculous excuses The Donks had their starters all out, then the starters weren't trying. Donald Stephenson was going to better in Dungver because of better coaching. Hill is s gadget player, Hunt was just taking advantage of trickery and scheme, Semen just needed better linemen to protect him. The list goes on and on.

Josh Rosen - QB School: UCLA \| Year: Junior. I don't have any questions about this young man with regard to the chatter about his character. A good athlete, Rosen has a strong arm and accuracy -- he can make all the throws. By Year 2, he'll be a successful starter in the NFL. I really like this player. RANK 3. Sam Darnold - QB School: USC \| Year: Junior. Darnold combines a quick release with very good accuracy and mobility. His 2017 numbers were a step down from 2016, but he was not working with a great receiver corps last season. Darnold has the ability to be a franchise quarterback and a factor in this league for years to come. RANK 4. Baker Mayfield - QB School: Oklahoma \| Year: Senior. Mayfield is a Drew Brees-lookalike in terms of height, speed and accuracy. He had a few bad moments off the field, but he's not a bad person. He's a sharp player with the arm strength needed for success -- Mayfield will compete, work hard and be a long-term starting QB in the NFL. RANK 7. Josh Allen - QB School: Wyoming \| Year: Junior (RS). The very smart and very athletic Allen needs to improve his accuracy, but I think he can do that with some work. He has great talent for the position and can throw the ball 70 yards with ease.
