We didn't do it last year but we did it two years ago and I'm bringing it back. Post in here if you want to drop some poundage and I'll add you to the main post. Set yourself a goal and then post in here to be held accountable. If you want....we can track your weight-loss all year long and then crown a winner at the end of the year. I know in the past that posters have put up prizes (not necessary).

Let's do this shit....

FYI: This is not a thread to start arguments over which way is the best way to lose weight. There are different ways for different people. Keep the stupid shit out of this thread.

I have to brag about where I live for a minute. I've lost over 20 pounds since I moved here, and the hike I do almost every day at lunch is pretty much the main reason why.

I almost didn't do my hike today because it looks grey and miserable outside:



I managed to convince myself to do it, though, and it wasn't too bad going up, but still foggy:



It got clearer as I got near the top:



And this was the view I got when I was up there:



I love it here. As long as I can help it, I will never return to Houston.

I had egg whites with my breakfast. I really didn't notice the yolk was missing. I also had delicious Apple pie flavored Greek yogurt for a snack. I couldn't find the chocolate Greek yogurt clay mentioned.
