Geno threw into double coverage more than the other quarterbacks by almost triple and still only ended with 6 picks.

That's sick accuracy and trust in your receivers.

Think about that.

If I had Bailey and Austin, I would trust them with my first born.

Also from the guy himself who made these stats;

" I looked at 8 games

I picked games that would average out to their season numbers to get a solid sample size."

So really none of these stats could mean much of anything. He claims to have done it based on games that when averaged would be close to their season averages, but there is more to consider. Such as who they were playing and what type of defense that team plays.

So, the whole report is basically worthless.

For the most part, yes. Especially the passing distance percentages. I mean USC and WVU run a lot of screen passes yes, but it's because of the huge YAC their receivers put up. It's not like they are check down passes.

Nope, they run those to hide the deficiencies of their QB's. Plain and simple.

Wait a minute, Glennon's drop rate was 8.59. With the amount of attempts he had mixed with that percentage, that comes out to 65 dropped passes.

65 dropped pass this year JFC. I'm not a huge Glennon fan by any means, but his accuracy shouldn't be held against him. His WR's ****ed him over bad.

His accuracy had nothing to do with that?

Hopefully if we draft Barkley, the NFL lets us deflate balls so he can achieve that great downfield accuracy.

To get back into the topic of this thread, I just don't see anything in Glennon. Erratic, inaccurate, really none of the qualities I'm looking for in a QB aside from arm strength.

If you left out the first sentence I would assume you were talking about our QB.

Or ours....

Well, ours don't even have arm strength.

I wouldn't say that. The kid goes on streaks where he just destroys defenses and that was seen at the senior bowl...it's just that he is so damn inconsistent that its maddening to watch.

He can go on a 10 completion streak that has some damn nice throws mixed in and then miss on 9 of his next 10 throws and throw a couple picks in the process.

If Andy Reid feels he can get him to play with any consistency, he would be a good pick in the second round.

I don't think I'd take him at 34. Guy just does nothing for me. Maybe 3rd round. And that only because the position is so overvalued. But I'd rather he be somebody else's experiment in inconsistency.
