What time do you go to bed on weekends?
I have a tendency to stay up later than most I feel like. 1am seems to be my early calling on a normal night. 3am seems to be my calling if it was a party night. Weekdays I normally go to sleep at 11 or midnight.

Generally, people don't know that they have Sleep Apnea. The heart continually stops and starts while sleeping, leaving people tired throughout the day, while needing more sleep at night.

There's nothing wrong with occasionally grabbing 10 hours of sleep.

But, if you're consistently sleeping 70 hours a week, which is an enormous amount of sleep, there might be an underlying issue.

The average person sleeps between 49 and 56 hours of sleep per week, which means that 70 hours is greatly excessive.

I go to bed when I'm told to, then after an hour or so, I head to the man cave for a movie and a few bourbons. Sometimes I go back to bed and find out if she wakes up grumpy...

I work nights. 10:45pm and usually every morning I get mandated to stay over till 11am because ****tarts can't show up to work in the mornings. Im on a 6 night rotation and get two back to back 3 night weekend every 5 weeks.

I generally don't get to sleep till 4pm and back up for work by 10 depending on how much I hit the snooze button.
