Best way to get in and out of Arrowhead?
I'm driving in from out of town tomorrow. I'm trying to decide on the cheapest way to get in and out of the stadium. I heard something about Hy-Vee having shuttles to games, but I'm not sure if they still do that.

Suggestions?

I believe to the south of the stadium there is a bit of a wooded area and some old train tracks. If you can off road there are a few spots you can pull up into there and sneak your way up into the parking lot (you'll get caught most likely). If you park back there you'll end up with a much lighter car by the time you return.

Idk why I'm mentioning any of this now.

Nevermind that it's supposed to rain most of the day. Just follow those train tracks off into the wilderness, you'll be there in no time. Trust us.

If you don't mind a bit of a walk, there is a guy who only charges like $15 to park in his yard. Basically a little bit up from Denny's on the opposite side of Blue Ridge...IF you do this..don't wait till the last minute..he does fill up.

I messed around back in those areas when I was a kid, it's somewhat hilly and might be difficult to park. I also used to hunt for fossils around one of the entrances to the stadium back in the day...I think it was the entrance off of Raytown Rd and Blue Ridge, big Road Cut in there if I recall correctly. A lot of fossils to be found, mostly plant related.
