Amazing how excited we all are considering we don't have shit (according to conventions wisdom) at the WR position. I actually think the cast of Hill and a bunch of no names is good for development at the position. Actually, I wonder how much Hill has helped the QBs. He's like the only Chiefs WR I can remember who knows how to use body position to get seperation and now all of a sudden, Smith knows where to put the damn ball. That pass to Kelce was awesome. I've never seen Smith place a ball like that. Something has change. Compition? Sure, but I think Hill is a huge factor in this too.

I don't care if Mark Sanchez leads the Chiefs to a Super Bowl win. As long as we win, everything is cool Somebody says something that could possibly be construed as being possibly positive about Alex and people lose their fking minds |

Not at all a Russell Wilson problem. Flynn played in 3 games for the Packers and was signed to be the starter. Wilson was better. Smith is the third winningest QB in the NFL the past 4 years, second winningest behind Brady in the past 2. Don't even try and compare this to a Russell Wilson problem. Now a Dakota Prescott problem I could see. If Alex is out for a few games and Mahomes is lighting it up and winning you go with the hot hand

Alex has more control over the offense. He's more experienced. He deserves to start this year

The issue is some people feel that Smith is holding back the team...and Mahomes would bring a SB. Like politics... the fringe groups, on both extremes, gets delusional and myopic. |
