This is only Kap's 2nd year starting and he's already taken his team to a SB and to conf. champ games.

Firing him or the HC would be stupid...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

It really doesn't matter if your defense allows 17 points or 37.

At some point in a championship run, the QB is likely going to be put in a situation that requires good decisions and good throws from the pocket.

Keepernick hasn't yet become the QB that can make those plays.

Pocket awareness is learned from experience.
Kaepernick is behind a lot of QBs at this stage in his career because of the system he played in at Nevada.

Well, SF was near the bottom of the league in passing. They can still move the ball because of Gore and their line, and Kaepernick puts up numbers against average and below average teams. But he's not a good enough QB to be your franchise.

I'm a browns fan. I'm entitled to say how terrible I have it. Although I don't say that any ways.

It's hilarious. When people said that Alex Smith took the chiefs, people said the defense carried the team. The same exact thing happened in sf and people say kap took them. Kap didn't take shit.

We will just agree to disagree. I think that being able to feel the rush is something you either have or you don't. You could be right.

Other than week 1 when they passed to beat GB.
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-h...ers-highlights

The highlights still show the same QB. It was a fraudulent performance. The numbers lied as the rest of the season showed us.

On the Mathews penalty play
He locks on to Boldin the whole way.
Ted Ginn is open for an easy for the first down.
He panics in the pocket. Scrambles.

On the next play for a TD
He locks on to Boldin the whole way as it is a 1 read pass. He comes open and TD.

The Boldin sideline catch inside the 10
He locks on to Boldin the whole way.
Boldin has to make an awesome 1-handed catch.

On the next play for a TD
Designed for Vernon. No pressure. Vernon is wide-open. Easy throw.

3rd and 14
Pass to a wide open Kyle Willias is late/underthrown. He did step up in the pocket good on this play.

2nd and 4
He locks on to Boldin the whole way.
Kyle Williams is open for an easy first down.
Boldin is able to secure the catch as he is hit and break another tackle to gain 20 YAC.

4th and 2
He locks on to Boldin the whole way as it is a 1 read pass.
Boldin pushed off the defender and makes the catch.

Another crazy Boldin grab
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-cant-m...n-brings-it-in

Another lock on to Boldin on 1st and 10
1:09 into the video
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-h...din-highlights
THERE IS NOBODY WITHIN 10 YARDS OF GORE. HE IS CALLING FOR THE BALL.
He made Gore react like this multiple times last year. He did the same thing on a play I remember in the CAR game with James who was left uncovered.

This coming from a board that screams if the chiefs don't win the super bowl the season is a failure?

A board that hasn't seen a playoff win in 20 years. Don't forget that one.
