I manage a millwork shop, if you want me to produce you some new flooring.
In any event, soak towels in hydrogen peroxide and let them sit on the spots. Keep soaking every couple hours, should lift the stains. Then sand and refinish. If you end up with some staining that just won't lift, just use a dark enough stain to cover the color if you don't want to replace it. I'm going to tell you this much, liquid staining is hard to get out of lumber no matter how you slice it. You won't likely get those spots to match the surroundings. |

You should be able to find 30% hydrogen peroxide if you look hard enough. The common form is 3%, and, although a strong oxidizer, is obviously much weaker. That would lay waste to those stains.
Might etch the wood, though
