Schwartz has been above average in pass pro and below average in the run game. He's gotten the best of guys like Von Miller and Melvin Ingram, so yes he does get credit.

His worst game was this year though. Demarcus Lawrence embarrassed him.

With most O-lines, and especially with ones where a coach has had years to coach it, you see “trademarks”. This group does nothing particularly well. Marginal improvements in pass-pro, but the scheme along with execution has no identity. We have seen zone run with some traditional power sprinkled in, yet the personnel seems to be a mismatch.

Fulton and LDT are more the mauler type who can excel in power while Morse, Fisher and Schwartz are arguably better in zone. I don’t see the “vision” for this group and this is more the disappointing seeing as Reid’s acumen originated in the trenches.

There is not a single unit on this team more equipped for success and failing to meet expectation than the OL. Morse, LDT, Schwartz. Those are talented players when their game is on. Fulton and Fisher are borderline league average players.

Their coached to be finesse and I ****ing hate it.

What do you want to know? He was a top 3 RT in 2016, and he's played well in pass pro again this year.

He's just an average run blocker as he's more of a technician than a pure mauler. He's made a few mental errors this season in pass pro, but he's also had multiple games this year where he didn't allow a single pressure.
