I love the authentic tamales the best, can eat a dozen, but I remember Jim's tamales being decent, they were like a awesome version of the hormel one's.

I love tamales, but I don't know that I'd ever want to try those. As much as I love them, I always wait until I can get some good ones.
I've wanted to make them, but every time I start thinking about it, I realize how much of a pain in the ass they look like, and I never do. |
