I agree. Spurs have played bad, their coach quit, and they are only down 17. Bad sign for Clippers. Spurs in 5.

I don't think that happens, and I said going in that the Clippers are a bad match-up for the Spurs. They're the one team that can make San Antonio look old. They can go to the inside power game or Paul can have his way, or both. The Spurs might win it, but if they do, its gonna be a long series.

Portland on the other hand clearly behind the 8 ball without Matthews. His ability to play D and stretch the floor on offense completes that team.

I'm happy about the Grizz performance, but long series. Grizz need to win Game 2 to feel good about things. Winning in the Rose Garden is really tough to do.

Told you they would be ok and take this series...Portland is a good match-up for the Grizz. Good win.

I felt ok once they got Portland -- Grizz were 4-0 in the regular season and Blazers also dealing with injuries. I was worried if they'd have gotten the Spurs, Clippers or Rockets. Now, if they get to the next round against the Warriors? Don't feel too good about that matchup.

The Warriors are the team to beat. It was only a matter of time that Jerry West would lead them to a Championship. Jim Buss might have gift wrapped it.

Apparently Klay Thompson's brother will be breaking in with the White Sox soon.

The Spurs had great ball rotation until they kept missing shots. Danny Green went 2-11 (IIRC). With the Clippers shooting double their usual 3 point %, they gave up last night.

I expect we'll see a much different Spurs team for the following games and get multiple wins in a row.

I remember watching Jimmy Butler a couple of years ago playing every minute of the series against the Heat and guarding Lebron, just never knew he would turn into such an offensive threat. He has become a fantastic player.

Bucks put up a fight literally tonight but Butler and Rose to much for them.

Portland has no chance of getting out of the first round. Grizzlies are one of the worst matchups for them. Grizz are up 5-0 so far this season. But I hoped they would at least show up and play a decent game.

I hope you are right and the rim opens up a little for them next game. Couldn't buy a bucket last night.
