One month sober from pop
I am never one to toot my own horn or gloat but, never in my life has something been so hard to give up. After years of trying, and many failures, I have finally went a month without pop. To some this might be no big deal, but as an avid pop drinker for 20+years I am quite proud. Next up, no jacking off for a month.

I cut soda, beer, bourbon and starches out the Friday after thanksgiving. Already dropped 4lbs in a week.

I'm trying to cut most starches and carbs. It is so hard. No soda in a long time. I've been doing intermittent fasting for about 4 months now and I've lost and kept off 10-12lbs. Unfortunately, I am still a lazy bastard with a healthy looking physique, but I know I need to get my butt in gear for the sake of long-term cardiovascular health.

If you miss the sweetness of soda, try Powerade Zero.

Zero calories, tastes fantastic and you can buy a quart for .68 at Walmart or .39 at Fry's when on a super sale.

I bought 80 of them (6 cases), when Fry's had them at .39

Grape, Fruit Punch, and Orange are the best. They got rid of Lemon Lime and not sure why as I liked it.

Mixed Berry and Strawberry I do not like
