Yeah, a lot of the big accounts/famous accounts are only good if they retweet you. Especially the comics. A lot of them just tweet show dates and times. They don't favorite or RT anything, and barely interact at all.
But if you do get a RT from a large acct you can sometimes pick up like a bunch of new followers in a 24 hour span.

Like Jay Mohr or the Sklar Brothers. If they retweet you you can get 25-75 new followers.
