I wish this offense were a smelly turd.

It would be an upgrade. Smith completely ****ing sucks, and will lead us nowhere. God help us if Charles cops another injury this season.

This defense is the hottest shit to ever slide out of Marcellus' dirty whore mother's asshole, though.

That is all.

Off to work.

Stupid thread. How this offense performs is a function of whether the O-line is blocking people or not. But go ahead and blame Smith.

They were rolling in the first half.. couldn't make any adjustments in the 2nd. They absolutely need to get Fasano and Bowe more involved.

That's clicking. Recognizing weaknesses and exploiting them is what we should have kept doing. But we didn't.

That's what's so great. 8-0 after a 2-14 season and we're still getting "Smith sucks, won't lead us ANYWHERE." This forum is going to implode when we get our first loss.

20 points in the first half. Also, exploiting what the defense is doing is the entire game of football.. just in case you didn't know..

The defense they were playing was better than people want to give credit for.

Cleveland is not a horrible team if they don't turn it over. Yet, it was a turnover that ultimately cost them.

Credit is given where credit is due.

But, again, as it has all season, the defense and special teams stepped up when it had to.

If you want to just carry this out to its logical conclusion, this is the way you have to win in the postseason.

You have to win when your strength isn't working for you that day, you have to win ugly, you have to find ways to adapt when you play a team that can shut you down in one facet of the game.

Even for good teams, it's not pretty most of the time.

The vast majority of pressure was the result of blitzes as far as I saw. That is not entirely on the offensive line.

Yes, after the Browns eliminated the screen our offense had nothing to respond with. I'm not sure if this is due to Smith's ineptitude or Andy's inability at adjustments, but this makes me nervous.
