After watching Dorsey press conference I will rescend all my meltdown comments. He really likes the picks and has strong reason for doing what he did. So we will see if he was right.

He believes we found a gold mine in the CB.

That's one of his calling cards. He knows what he's doing. I know people freak out because we didn't take Alexander after hearing his name a thousand times. We've only gotten two players so far but their ceilings are through the roof. Absolutely love the Jones pick, and Russell can come in and learn and doesn't have a ton of pressure on him. This is contingent upon Gaines healthy obviously. Peters, Gaines, Russell, Nelson is good set of 4 corners. We'll see how Nelson develops. We can also use Parker in a pinch.

Why would we want to draft a running back when we have Charles, West, Ware, Sherman, and Reaves?

Sherman is a fullback, Davis is gonna be gone, and Charles is a coin toss to remain on the team for next year at this point. The bread and butter of this offense is the run game and Booker has higher upside than West

No, we don't need a running back, and that's not to say anything bad about Booker. If we do take a RB, then we will have officially gone to drafting BPA and forgetting the rest.

Guard, corner, safety, receiver. That should be the focus for us going forward (there are always exceptions to that rule, of course).

That was a bit of a reach for Joseph by Oakland, but they must have known that the Texans really liked him. Oaklands draft hasn't WOWd me. Denver got their QB but it's going to take awhile for Lynch to develop if he develops. Their draft isn't impressive. As for SD, Bosa just screams bust. I just have that feeling. Their GM sucks also. Rivers will continuously get pounded into the ground in this division alone.

Back to back picks for KC soon. Like it. Buffalo wants Cook I read last night. Hope he's there when we're up and we trade one of our picks to Buffalo for Cook and net us a nice 2017 pick.
