Guns N' Roses - Appetite for Destruction
Black Sabbath - Vol. 4 The Black Crowes - The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion AC/DC - Back in Black Alice in Chains - Dirt I was pleasantly suprised to see The Black Crowes on a few lists. Very underrated group with so much talent and versatility. Was saddened the Robinson bros couldn't work out their shit and keep it going. Only release of theirs I didn't like was Lions. I really love Powerage, For Those About To Rock (We salute you), Highway to Hell and High Voltage from AC/DC. I miss Layne Staley. Going to see Sabbath next month - saw them last year and Ozzy was better than on some of his recent solo efforts. Geezer and Tony are still great. Not really interested in a Gn'R reunion if they don't bring the originals back (Izzy, Steven). |

If you're gonna put Tool in you have to choose the right album. Which is Aenima.
Just to be different I'm putting my favorite albums from my favorite bands that fall under the rock umbrella. Spiritualized - Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space Primus - Sailing The Seas of Cheese Fugazi - 13 Songs Faith No More - Angel Dust Pink Floyd - Animals |
