Fried runny yolk, tabasco on top and dip my bacon and toast into the yolk.
Also, the breakfast bowl at IHOP, fried runny yolk. Seasoned home fries topped with egg, then diced tomato, then crisscrossed bacon strips.

over easy is the way to go.
I like em on a burger and when you bite in they explode and ooze into the cracks. I like em on freaking everything. I suspect that I may not like the '100 year old' egg though. |

IHop cooks the worst eggs. IMO they suck for breakfast. Perkins is better if you hafta' eat at one of those places.
