Love eggs anyway. My breakfast was 2 eggs over easy diced fried potato with green and red peppers and 2 sausage links. I like my eggs to run but at the point thats its nearly to solidify.

Actually, a lot of recent studies have indicated that eggs don't really have much of an impact on the body's cholesterol. Eggs are high in cholesterol themselves, sure, but the body doesn't just absorb it and turn it to LDL.

You total cholesterol is more related to how much saturated fat you eat not food high in cholesterol. And relatively speaking, food intake does little to change your cholesterol numbers as this is mostly genetic. Food high in cholesterol like shrimp or eggs does nothing to elevate your cholesterol numbers. I eat 12-16 eggs a week and have great lipid numbers.

You can go paleo and even eat butter, cream and saturated fat and it won't raise your cholesterol. Other new data is that hi cholesterol may not even be the culprit as much as inflammation. |

Scrambled I like 'em made with butter and a few spoons of fresh salsa, and some chives after they're cooked.

Campbelled Eggs!! Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup, no water added, 7 eggs scrambled. Chop up a few extra fresh mushrooms. Fresh ground black pepper. Maybe a sprinkling of fresh parsley. Cook until set, but moist.
